Who we are

HybriX Technologies LLP, Calicut Airport Road, Kakkanchery, Kerala, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 99475 50033.

What this covers

The enquiry form on our home page and our protected storage page, and the technical information we keep to stop abuse of that form.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email address, the number of people in your office, and your message. Only your name and phone number are required.
• A scrambled identifier made from your internet address, using a secret key so that we cannot work the address back out of it. We keep it for up to 30 days, only to limit how many requests one visitor can send and so reduce spam.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and to keep the form working safely. We do this because you asked us to contact you.

Where it goes

• Your enquiry is stored in our database, hosted on a server in Mumbai, India.
• We are told about new enquiries through the Telegram messaging app. That message includes your name and phone number.
• This website is hosted on GitHub Pages which, like any web host, may keep ordinary server logs of visits.

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising by others.

Cookies and tracking

The home page, the protected storage page and this page do not set cookies and do not use analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it is relevant to your request or to doing business together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp or call, and we will act on it.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date above.
